Role :
Policy (Schemes)& Budgets :
- Developing business specific incentive schemes to draw the attention of employees towards collaborative growth.
- Institutionalized quarterly dispatch-oriented incentive model
- Introducing the variable pay policy for the mid & senior level employees
- Department wise setting and measuring goals and performances in line with business goals.
- Cascading goals in terms of technical, functional and process improvisation to ensure profitability and cost reduction
- Across the teams to the optimum possible level
- Preparing annual budget proposals - Provisions, Fixed cost predictions & Manpower budgeting
- Aggression framework to ensure readiness of talent pipeline & succession planning Competency Mapping & Development Plan
- Identifying Behavioral & Functional competencies for the steel business across all roles based on cross role interviews & job observations
(Skillsets, Knowledge & Abilities) :
- Identifying Behavioral Indicators of Competencies, Defining and Segregating Proficiency levels of each competency based on clustered behavioral indicators
- Competency assessment based developmental plans for individuals in their current roles, identifying future role-based competency gaps to design a career progression framework to ensure readiness of talent pipeline & succession planning
