We are looking out for candidates with at least 12 years of experience in HR Operations.

Candidate has to have strong experience in HRIS, Implementation of various portals, Payroll Management, HR Operations, HR Automation, Employee Engagement, Comp & Ben etc.

HR Policy & Process Formulation

- Compensation Mgmt

- Employee Engagement

- Performance Management

- New Hire Orientation& Development

- Grievance Handling

- Employee Relations

- Reward & Recognition Employee

- Training & development

- Lead the reporting of employment metrics

- Reference checks & Back Ground Verification,

- Referral Policy & Process

- End to end lifecycle management of employees

- Employee Communication

- Implementing HRIS & PMS systems

Working Days : Alternate Saturdays working.
