A 500 crore Integrated Design Led Manufacturing Services in Mysore is looking for a AGM / GM, Finance.

Position: AGM / GM, Finance and Accounts

Job Location: Mysore

Responsibilities:

Treasury Function:

- Discussions with Bankers for exploring alternative funding options and smooth Banking Operations for the business.

- Review of Treasury operations, effective utilization of funds to drive towards positive Cash Flow.

Procure to Pay ("P2P):

- Automation of the existing processes and controls.

- Ensure Zero business interruption and support operations. Optimum DPO.

Order to Cash ("O2C):

- Automation of the existing processes and controls.

- Meeting collection targets and desired DSO.

Finance & Accounts ("F&A") - MIS:

- Setting up the process for hastle free collation and presenting of financial details. Preparation of Financials in IND AS Format.Deliverables on time with accurate numbers to business.

Audit Functions:

- Setting up the process for hastle free audit (both internal audit and external audit & IFC Audit)

- Completion of smooth audit on time with NIL Qualifications.

Direct Taxation:

- To ensure filing Tax audit, TDS payments, provision for tax liabilites and Tax assessments on time.

- Ensure 100% compliance

Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance from Top B Schools
