The key responsibilities include:
- Provide consultative payment solutions to Banks/Financial Institutions.
- Identify new business needs and opportunities with the customer set and successfully pitch products and services.
- Manage business profitability and customer P&L. Identify key revenue drivers and maximise customer revenue.
- Drive and track planned revenue and new business targets.
- New initiatives planning, competitor analysis and planning innovations as per market trends and regulatory requirements.
Internal content
- Build new strategies & enhance the existing products by applying domain knowledge, product management skills and industry best practices.
- Rolling out issuing/acquiring products in line with business objectives.
- Closely working with cross functional teams i.e., technology / operations / finance on customer projects.
- Manages bid proposals, project proposals to Banks and other financial and non-financial institutions.
- Provide periodical reports and dashboards on the sales funnel and business updates to senior Management
- Should be sales professional with relevant experience in customized software solutions/ products. Should have thorough understanding / appreciation of software solutions business.
- Should have global market intelligence, knowledge of the competitors and their products and the company's future business plans.
- Demonstrated Leadership capabilities.
