Position: GM/AGM - Branding & Marketing
Experience : 12 - 15 yrs. ( min. 4-5 years in Real Estate )
Qualification: MBA ( Marketing )
Key Responsibilities :
- The position has the overall responsibility for carrying out all marketing brand building activities for the Organisation.
- Developing marketing sales strategies to build consumer preference and drive volumes.
- Build a sustainable value proposition for the brand and strategize brand communication.
- Handle creation and management of marketing collaterals, Advertising, Media and PR functions for the Organisation.
- Coordinating with advertising agencies, media planning, managing publicity campaigns, monitoring annual budgets etc.
- The incumbent will also be responsible for Corporate tie-ups Strategic Alliances.
- Handling PR, Digital Marketing
- Oversaw end-to-end marketing and performance of sales team ranging from brand visibility, lead/prospect creation, lead/prospect management & conversion, sales experience (On Site and Off Site), sales engagement.
- Lead reporting on marketing initiatives, including the collection and evaluation of tools, KPIs and sharing of best practices.
- Development and refinement of marketing goals, pricing strategies, promotional activities and branding in consultation with marketing staff and clients.
- Directing market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities
