- Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Debt Resolution, Working Capital Management and Acquisition Finance across various sectors and products

- Developing and maintaining relations with Banks, Financial Institutions, Ratings Agencies and others for fund raising & credit ratings

- Successfully worked on raising, refinancing, restructuring, and syndicated funds

- Responsible for banking relationship & associated compliances

- Preparation of financial model incl. sensitivity analysis and CMA

- Monitoring of borrowing of SPVs

- Preparation of business plan, financial plan, cashflow planning, etc.

- Treasury operation for deployment of surplus funds

- Worked on due diligence of a SPVs for divestment purpose

- Responsible for entire commercial of various project under business development

- Dealing with domestic lenders

- Ensuring regulatory compliances related to both Domestic and International borrowing

- Assisted in both buy side & sell side financial due diligence by providing critical details & resolving the finance related queries raised during Due Diligence exercise

- Ensuring regulatory compliances related to both Domestic and International borrowing such as ECB borrowing as per FEMA / RBI master directions including adhering to sectoral cap, all in cost, average maturity ceilings, etc. and review of ECB returns.

- Ensuring Overseas Direct Investments (ODI) in foreign entities in compliance with FEMA/RBI guidelines including regulatory filing.

- Review of periodic performance appraisals to lenders and assisting Banks in preparing review notes on the proposals etc.
