Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures
- Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained as per organization's expectations.
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the users and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including Withholding Payments, Income Tax, Goods and Services Tax.
- Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with the approved external auditor.
- Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
- Reconcile bank and investment accounts; and manage cash flow.
- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting as compared to budget & forecast.
- Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures as required to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure.
- Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Oversee all direct & indirect tax and regulatory compliance issues
- Knowledge of companies act 2013 requirement of a private limited company.
Budget business plan& forecast preparation
Using the - Zero-Based- approach for budgeting, prepare the annual budget business plan and rolling forecast in consultation with the Finance Director& Group finance Controller.
Project management (activity centers) accounting
Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects.

- Finance related activity, after consent with Functional Head.

Requirements, Qualifications & Competencies:
Academic:
- Graduate/PostGraduate in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Management/ Administration.
Professional designation:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified General Accountant, or Certified Management Accountant (CS qualification will be desirable).
Professional Experience:
- Minimum three year experience as Head - Finance & Account in multinational automotive manufacturing companies.
Knowledge skills and abilities:
- Proficient in ERP (Specifically Navision Microsoft) / SAP /Tally & advance excel
- Strong verbal & written communication in English.
- Must have good organizational skills, be a self-starter and a Team Player
