- Lead DIAL Employee Relations Function in terms of Environmental Scanning and Boundary Management to provide proactive business support.
- Lead representations at all the redressal forums and at the offices of regulatory bodies under the ambit of applicable law.
- Lead representations along with business legal team for all the labor matters.
- Lead contract labour management and related functions.
- Facilitate work place harmony through continuous engagement to create a productive and cohesive climate for business.

Educational Qualifications
- MBA/ MSW/PGDIRPM & LW
- Preferably Law Graduate having experience and strong knowledge in Compliance, Regulatory and Litigation
- Excellent communicator and influencer, able to address matters amicably under - Collective Bargaining Groups
