Duties and responsibilities:
You'd need to be Awesome at:
- Google Adwords/PPC/SEM, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing, Analytical Tools, App Acquisition strategies and execution, Retention and Re-Marketing, Performance media buying & optimization, Growth-hacks and more.
- Preparing Strategy, Proposals and Setup Campaign on Paid stage. (Google Ad Words, Bing Ads, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Content-marketing networks, App install campaigns), Display media buying strategy
- Campaign Setup - Search, Display, Re showcasing, Google Shopping, Mobile App Installs, Re promoting, Dynamic Search Ads
- Developing long haul E-business vision and execute on close term budgetary and non-money related objectives. Manage & guide agencies for execution.
- Ensuring the accomplishment of arranged income and Growth from every one of the entryways and our own site.
- Lead Generation through all web based promoting systems
- Timely dispatch of new items crosswise over stages and Identifying new online open doors.
- Ensuring that strategy is upgraded for all E-Commerce channels and site through Digital Marketing efforts.
- Expert with Google Analytics, and should have a working knowledge of Google Tag manager and other 3rd party implementation, Ad-Fraud management tools.
- Understand well the On-Page and Off-Page SEO and compliment Digital Acquisition accordingly.
- Understand- Email Marketing apparatuses like ( Mail Chimp, SES, Send Grid etc), CRM like Hubspot or WebEngage, and other platforms used for attribution.
- Be the internal challenger for change and marketing automation to improve efficiency and overall ROMI.
Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of consumer marketing communications experience in a creatively-driven organization.
- Relevant experience in the local market with a proven track record of developing marketing communications.
- Deep experience and understanding of implementing marketing automation, attribution and retention marketing tactics
- Attention to detail and results oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both at a strategic and executional level
- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.
- Experience in building a communications plan.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
