An esteemed client of Innoquest Consulting, a BPM service provider in the healthcare sector, is seeking an AGM/DGM for volume hiring in the voice process, based in Bangalore.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understanding hiring needs.
- Developing and Executing Recruitment Strategies.
- Managing the Recruitment Process.
- Sourcing and Identifying Candidates.
- Candidate relationship management.
- Employer branding .
- Data Analysis and reporting.
- Collaborating with HR and other departments.
- Compliance and Legal Adherence.
Qualification:
- 13+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant portion of that time spent specializing in voice process hiring, such as for customer service, telemarketing, sales, or call centers(BPO).
- Experience in leading and managing recruitment teams, particularly those focused on hiring for voice processes.
- Proven track record in high- volume hiring environments, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple job requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
- Advanced skills in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial, especially for voice hiring roles where communication is a key job requirement for candidates.
- Capability to handle recruitment challenges, such as filling niche roles, managing high candidate volumes, or navigating market shortages of skilled candidates.
