Description :
- Responsible for sourcing, executing and closing deals
- Work closely with the promoters/CEOs/CFOs of potential client organizations ranging from startups to listed companies
- Identify, shortlist and pitch to potential target Companies for investments using various primary and secondary research tools
- Regular participation in the management meet/company conference call/ industry conferences
- Understand key advertising needs of the client and prepare the advertising proposal accordingly
- Prepare detailed Management presentations/Investment Memos on any opportunity for presenting before the investment committee
- Coordinate with Due Diligence, Legal, Valuation agencies, and internal commercial and legal teams to expedite deal closure
- Manage relationship with portfolio companies for their advertising needs, offer customized solutions to new and existing clients
Profile :
- You are an MBA (Finance)/CA with 5-8 years of post-qualification experience
- You have strong analytical skills with experience in presenting to senior stakeholders, including the Board
- You are a hands-on and mature individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
