Role Overview:
We are seeking accomplished professionals for the positions of Assistant General Manager (AGM) and Deputy General Manager (DGM) to oversee our Hyderabad Sales-Community Operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for the end-to-end management of community sales and service operations, ensuring seamless execution from sign-up through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Service Operations: Manage the entire sales and service lifecycle for community operations in Hyderabad, from initial sign-up to delivery and ongoing support.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales and service professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective execution of operational strategies.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with community clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and standards.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategies to drive sales growth and operational improvements, leveraging market insights and performance data.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement.
