AGM/DGM- Sales - Alternate fuel (Bio Gas) - Delhi- B2B and B2C
Role Overview:
Lead and drive sales efforts for bio-gas products, focusing on market expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Develop and execute sales strategies, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with clients in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the sales team, setting goals and targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government, industrial clients, and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales approaches.
- Oversee negotiations, proposals, and contract management.
- Ensure sales targets are met and performance is optimized.
- Coordinate with OMCs and obtain indents for sale of CBG.
- Identify new business opportunities in bio-gas markets.
- Coordinate with OMCs for signing off contracts & agreements.
- Follow with OMCs to ensure timely receipt of payments.
Skills:- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in renewable energy or bio-gas sectors.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of bio-gas market trends and regulatory landscapes.
- Ability to drive results and manage customer relationships effectively.
Qualification:- PG Diploma / MBA in Sales & Marketing.
Experience:
- 14 years or above (with any Gas Distribution Company).
