Role : AGM / DGM Plant HR

Key Responsibilities :

- Opportunity to manage the entire gamut of HR/IR initiatives at Region.

- Working with the Corporate and Leadership team to manage the Regional HR activities.

- Participating with the leadership team in project planning and execution.

- Manpower planning and budgeting to attract the right talent to fill key positions within a stipulated time frame.

- Ensuring the successful launch of new lines (plant expansions) by liaising with all external authorities to ensure legal & statutory compliance.

- Creating the overall HR Strategy in line with the business plans and executing on all aspects of HR with respect to Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organization Design, Talent Management and Industrial Relations.

- Workforce planning.

- Organization Structure alignment.

- Performance Management System.

- Recruitment and Selection of Staff.

- Training & Organisation Development.

- Responsible for union and Employee Relations.

- Personnel Administration i.e. wage and Salary Administration, Attendance and Payroll.

- Statutory Compliances under labor Laws applicable to the factory.

- Overall responsibility of Factory Administration i.e. transport, security, housekeeping, welfare facilities, car etc.

- Legal compliance Monitoring and preparation of all returns on monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly basis related with factory compliances.

- Maintaining cordial relations with the employees union to facilitate continuous improvement in Quality, Productivity & Timely deliveries.

- Organizing periodic meetings with union to share information & organizational concerns.

- To ensure that all the employees follow/adhere to the Company rules/regulations & Yazaki Code of Conduct.

- To follow-up/coordinate (with respective employee/functional heads) for initiating appropriate disciplinary actions & grievance Redressal.

- To ensure activities related to time keeping, attendance, leaves & compensation management for all employees.

- To maintain & ensure timely Updation of Employee data.

- Management of Contract labors by assessing its requirement, finalization of contract & ensure for the statutory compliances.

- Employee Health & Safety.

- MIS reporting, Dashboards.
