Position Title : Asst. General Manager / Dy. General Manager Human Resource
Location of the position : Mumbai
Experience Range : 10 -15
Qualification : MBA or equivalent

Compensation & Benefits :
- Administering the complete online and offline process of Annual Compensation Review and Variable Pay for all employees, including employee-wise calculation
- Analysis of data and preparation of reports and documents for GHR submission etc. during ACR
- Providing input by way of analysis and participate in the design and introduction of Variable Pay Plans for the business
- Managing the employee wide communication of the Variable Pay Plans for the year through innovative means
- Data preparation and role identification and related activities for periodic compensation C&B benchmark studies if undertaken
- Compensation fixation in case of employee transfers and other restructuring and review the ones prepared by units.
Job Analysis & Evaluation :
- Managing the job evaluation exercise of the business including review of related documents and submission for finalization.
- Conduct preliminary evaluation of JDs and desk evaluation of new positions prior to recruitment
- Scheduling, organizing and participating in meetings and ensuring sign off and closure on evaluations
- Educating Unit HR and employees in JD writing and job evaluation methodology by regularly training by way of written documents or classroom sessions.
Talent Management :
- Capability building for employees and managers on Talent Management processes and implementing the same across the business
- Monitoring and supporting the creation and implementation of Individual Development Plans for all Talent Pool members ensuring both timeliness and quality
- Regularly reviewing IDP implementation by continuous coordination with Unit HR and Talent Pool members
- Performance Management
- Driving the Goal Setting, Mid-Year Review and Annual Appraisal process for the business by ensuring that the processes are conducted and completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Building employee and manager capability on the process by way of workshops, contests, quizzes
- Reviewing Goals of employees to ensure that they are in line with the business goals
Talent Staffing :
- Handling the business level Talent Staffing portfolio
- Managing the Hiring for position for middle and senior management
- Reviewing the hiring process compliance for unit level hires.
Special Projects/ Initiatives :
- Reviewing and consolidating the HR MIS for the business on a monthly basis for all portfolios
- Preparation of the Head Office HR Budget by collecting relevant data and review of Unit level HR and Admin Budgets for consolidation and finalization of a business level budget
- Compilation and analysis of data for CHRO review and other reviews
- Partnering with vendors for organizing employee engagement activities by way of contests, webinars
