1. An ideal candidate will be Corporate HR background with experience ( previous or current) in a manufacturing set up. The work will be HRBP focused.

It's a HR Business Partnering Role (HRBP), we are searching for Corporate HR who has exposure of working in Manufacturing setup(Automobile will be preferred)
1. Understand business imperatives and drive people agenda aligned to that
2. Enable line managers to champion GPW, diversity, new hire assimilation, developing, motivating, and retaining employees
3. Review business and HR metrics and advise business on people aspects of business
4. Facilitate development of L2s/L3s, critical talents around functional and leadership aspects
5. Ensure compliance to HR processes and policies
6. Develop and coach team members within their own team to take up larger responsibilities
7. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key leaders at multiple levels within the unit
8. Drives process change that will deliver better operational efficiency across the business functions
9. Provide leaders with structural diagnosis through identification of the root causes of organizational performance issues.
10. Work at an operational level with multiple stakeholders.
11. Facilitate process for identification of capability gaps in each functional and managerial area
12. Identify critical staffing issues and implications along with the leadership team of the unit
13. Help in formulating processes to manage attrition and thereby retaining the key employees
14. Provide expertise to the business in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs
15. Talent Management: Support and implement the Talent Management Initiatives of the organisation at Pithampur, like focused development plan for GETs and their career progression plan.
16. Drive PMS & OD initiatives like, Performance Appraisals, Individual Development Plans, drive and implement
17. Rewards & Recognition programs among staff as a part of Employee Engagement initiatives etc.
