AGM/DGM - Consumer Insight
Responsibilities :
Employing both qualitative and quantitative methods and tools to gather workable insights that help us make strategic decisions while working very closely with brand and sales teams as per protocols laid down by the group.
Market Intelligence and consumer testing across categories.
Identify, analyze and derive insights through macro and micro consumer & customer understanding.
Input into the development of concepts and products with the business teams.
Drive process of generation of consumer & shopper insights.
Conducting Consumer Behavior, Consumer Insight Mining, Advertising Research, Competitive and Competitive research and Mapping.
