Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager - Business Finance - Manufacturing

JOB TITLE/POSITION: AGM / DGM - Business Finance

REPORTS TO: President - BIL and Senior Vice President - Finance & Accounts

EXPERIENCE: 12-15 years experience with 4-6 years of relevant experience in handling the corporate Business Finance function in similar organizations independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Responsible for supporting in developing strategic business priorities, including division-wise business plans in alignment with organisational goals.

- Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance

- Deep-dive and understand specific details of the manufacturing costs for the various products/orders in each of the business units and use that info to help drive costs down for Fashion Business.

- Work closely with corporate leadership and Business heads by supporting in development of standards, policies and procedures

- Publish the right financial picture at regular intervals to both the Business and Corporate team, and adequately call-out all risks and suggest suitable measures to address those risks

- Perform Business Case Analysis for new capex and initiatives and benchmark it with industry best practices

- Provide flash periodically to the biz teams and management on the progress. Prepare financial information & analysis for business reviews / presentations with key highlights

- Ensure integrity of reported monthly / quarterly / annual P&L accounts by monitoring for time and accuracy variations.
