1. Handling all Insurance partners, brokers, finance partners and network of dealers for facilitating customer centric products and implementation of company strategy, processes and products implementation to enhance retail sales by streamlining Insurance and Finance. Contributing to dealer profitability through these products by increasing penetration.
2. Three-month advance planning input to Sales Planning for innovation in Insurance and Finance products to enhance and support retail sales based on market analysis.
3. Tactical budget management & running tactical & retail incentive scheme incorporating Insurance & Finance products
4. Setting of processes and policy as per business requirement including claims settlement process @ dealerships.
2. Strategic decisions based on insurance & finance cos. performance and dealer requirements.
3. Recruitment, training, setting goals & responsible for achieving the targets along with the team
4. Monitoring of SLA adherence by Insurance Partners & Dealers & Finance partners for servicing the customers with TAT & quality.
- Lead a team of Sales Managers, Credit Managers and Operations Managers, Insurance Managers at Dealerships for successful administration of Insurance, Credit & Collection and Operations, ensuring overall growth and profitability and adherence to policies and procedures. Ensure that team provides personalised service to the end customers.
- Reduction of TAT w.r.t. approvals and disbursements.
2. Preparation & support in execution of annual dealer business plan & record dealer commitment for same
3. Support achievement of targets in sub verticals of fleet & corporate sales
1. Customise Dealer Management Software
2. Create MIS and dashboards for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reviews for Dealers, Field Team, Top Management
3. Digital claim processing and pay out
4. Build safety audit & review mechanisms to ensure compliances
5. Ensure timely dealer pay-outs for all Finance & Insurance related eligible claims before 15th of month.
- Reporting and Payment1.Maintains Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports of the market trends and actions in place, maintain and analyse all records of minutes of meeting and dealer interactions
2. Ensures that the actions decided in the minutes are put into place and follow up the actions at Dealers, Field Team, Sales Operations as a
3. Escalates unresolved issues at next superior level so that business does not get impacted
4. Supports team with data and history to make presentation for each underperforming dealer with all issues

4. Ensure maintenance of defined budgets in terms of expenses and headcount
- Experience in setting up Dealer Management System, online claim management, compliance management is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English, strong & pleasing personality, strong analytical skills, should have handled large teams and data
- Should be part of core team who have started financial services/Vertical in company. Thorough with all regulatory compliances (IRDA etc).
