Assistant General Manager - Commercials - Non Aero

- AGM - Non Aero will report to Head - Commercial.

- Shall be responsible for developing all Non Aero related assets.

1. Key Accountabilities : 

Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators : 

- Prepare and sign off the Non Aero Business Plan - In line with the Bid Model.

- Appoint Retail Architects and finalize the design concept - On time as per schedule.

- Market the Airport to attract best Brands and Concessionaires - In line with the Business Plan.

- Bid out and appoint the Non Aero concessionaires (Duty Free, Retail, F&B, etc.) - Negotiate and Sign off agreements.

- Finalize the IT Infrastructure (EPOS, RLCC, and Connectivity) - As per requirements.

- Monitor the progress for timely store operationalization - In line with the project schedule.

2. INTERACTIONS : 

External/ Internal:

- Government of Goa, Directorate of Civil Aviation CEO / Sr. Management

- BCAS, CISF, etc. Legal, Finance, Procurement / Contracts, Regulatory

- EPC Contractor, PMC Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, HR

- Projects & Engineering, IT, Operations

3. DIMENSIONS : 

Financial Dimensions : 

- Shall be in line with the Business Model / Phase 1 requirements.

Other Dimensions : 

- Shall be responsible for operationalization of entire Non Aero facilities that are required during Commercial Operations Date (COD).

4. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE : 

Educational Qualifications : 

- BE / MBA

Relevant and total years of Experience : 

- Min. 12 Years of total experience of which at least 05 years of Airports / Airlines Commercial experience.

- Expertise in preparing Business Model and good understanding the Travel Retail business.

- Excellent communication skills.
