Job Title : AGM Sales-(Circle Sales Head)

Reporting to : Reporting to VP / Sr. VP - SALES (Regional Head)
Brief Description of the Role : Responsible for customer acquisition, recharge billing/ availability while managing sales and distribution in the assigned territory.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Sales forecasting and planning in the assigned territory
- Meet targets for customer acquisition, recharge billing and market reach as per sales plan.
- Ensure appropriate sale channel contribution and its proactive expansion & effectiveness.
- Sales Trend analysis for formulating strategy / Tactics in the market place.
- Spreading the business on A/B/C classification of customers to ensure high ARPU
- Man Management of sales team to ensure highly motivated Team.
- Provide timely and structured feedback - from trade/ customers/ competition.
- Manage Trade marketing budgets.
- Identifying training needs for team members and DSRs / ISD.
- Custodian of company's policy and procedure in the assigned territory.
Must have :
- Man management skills
- Knowledge of Service Processes
- Business Awareness
- 13 - 17 Years of relevant experience
