Job Description: -

- Managing sales through distributors and direct corporate sales.

- Adding a profitable business to the company's portfolio.

- Managing the business in the allocated territory.

- Managing key accounts.

- Keeping track of competitors' activity in the allocated territory.

- Developing and implementing growth strategies.

- Handling existing customers and developing new customers.

- Resolving customer complaints and queries.

- Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Coordinating with the plant and dispatch.

- Should have a science background to understand the products, features and applications.

- Should be familiar with plastic processing techniques and downstream activities such as compounding.

- Expertise in property extenders-UV light stabilizers and antioxidants

- Should have operated in the area of additives.

- Fully conversant in the trends of polymer production, consumption and manufacturing.

- Should understand marketing through a key account management approach.

- The candidate should be excellent in terms of communication.
