Assistant General Manager
EXPERIENCE :
- 15 Years Experience in Business Development and Liaison preferably with a large scale real estate developer.
DESIRED PROFILE :- Experienced in Real Estate matters pertaining to business development, Land Acquisition, Liaison with government agencies, Legal and Technical due diligence, market research and analysis etc.
REPORTING TO : Head -
Leasing (South)- The incumbent will assist the Head - Leasing (South) - Business Development with matters pertaining to Business Development and Liaison.
- Analyze potential real estate transactions, new cities, new business lines to determine whether or not they meet the company's goals and objectives.
- Establish and foster excellent working relationships on all new real estate opportunities.
- Initial Due Diligence of the land parcels in terms of location advantages, buildability norms/restrictions, understanding on the title.
- Identify all local statutory requirements and authorities and get necessary approvals in a proactive manner and within shortest period possible and within the budget.
- Liaison and co-ordination with external consultants and internal stakeholders (legal, commercial, technical, construction, process, sales) for various project processes and for initial due diligence and documentation.
- Understanding the location, tracking completion by carrying out market research- primary as well as using tools/software available with the company, assessing the demand supply data and analyzing its impact on pricing etc.
- Computation of FSI based on the prevailing regulations with the assistance of liaison team, understand various liaison aspects, Identify all local statutory requirements and authorities and get necessary approvals in a proactive manner and within shortest period possible and within the budget.
- Financial modelling which will involve plugging in sales, cost, area assumptions based on inputs from various internal stakeholders feasibility studies and planning for new projects across the country.
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations, proposals, analytics and strategic reports which also include primary & secondary research and quantitative & qualitative analysis.
- Assist with strategic planning and activities required for prospects such as value propositions for strategies and decision making.
