2. Site selection for new office premise and ensure process compliance for leasing
3. Leasing of apartments for associates
4. Setting up new Delivery Centres / Relocation of Office as per business requirement.
5. Implementation of Fire Safety guidelines
6. Telecommunication
7. Technical / Facility maintenance
8. Workplace Health and Safety
9. Audit and Compliance
10. Responsibility for timely vendor and utility payments
11. Budgeting and Financial planning
12. Physical Infrastructure Cost Management
13. Non IT Asset Disposal
