JOB DETAIL: Name Of the Position : Sr. Manager/ AGM (Accounting & Tax) Work Location: Belgaum Office Level : Middle Management Function : Accounts & Finance Reporting Manager: SVP (Accounts & MIS) Manager's Manager CFO 2. JOB PURPOSE: Job Context : - Corporate Accounting, Audit & dealing with Statutory and Internal auditors, Direct Taxation & MIS. Challenges : Audit Closure with strict timeline & Singapore CP reporting time line 3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Job Responsibilities: - Corporate Accounting as per IND AS in SAP ERP. - Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash flow, Schedules and Notes to Accounts. - Statutory audit and Internal Audit Coordination - Direct Tax (Assessment, Tax return filling, Tax audit, advance tax, DTA/DTL) - Wilmar Singapore monthly CP reporting - Monthly Variance analysis at plant level and at Entity level - Coordination with Auditors and HOD's - Looking after over all monthly/quarterly/yearly book closing activity. - Coordinate ICFR auditors in closing ICFR testing reports. - Report CP Singapore, & Internal Audit reports 4. KEY INTERFACES: - External Interfaces: Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, ICFR Auditors, Tax Auditor - Internal Interfaces : All HOD's and Plants 5. REQUIRED EDUCTAION: Added Advantage Knowledge of SAP-FICO Experience Range 8 - 12 Years Desirable experience : - Minimum 5-8 years' experience in preparation of financials ( PL, BS, Cash flow, Notes to Accounts, Annual report and dealing with Big 6 auditors in SAP ERP environment with Corporate office experience. - Candidate from sugar/ commodity/ manufacturing industry will be preferred. 6. REQUIRED SKILLS: Skills Description Proficiency Level: (General Awareness; Working Knowledge; - Functional Expert, Mastery ) Functional Skills: - Good knowledge of IND AS, CARO & Schedule III of Companies Act 2013 - Knowledge of preparation of financials as per IND AS & consolidation - Good advance MS Excel Knowledge & SAP ERP (FI) - Managing Big 6 Auditors and from manufacturing Companies Functional Expert: Behavioral Skills: - Good interpersonal and people management skills. - Excellent in verbal and written communications. . - Ability to work in a matrix organization. - Time management to meet strict deadlines Functional Expert: - General Awareness: Knows the fundamental concepts; - Working Knowledge: Corporate Accounting in a manufacturing Company at Corporate office level, Direct Tax, - Dealing with Big 6 auditors, SAP (FI/CO).
