Key Skills Needed :
- Experience in Process Transition and shared service is must
- Diligence & integration accounting for acquisitions, including acting as a Financial Controller
- Experienced in handling and managing off-shore Finance transitions and US customers
- Understanding of F&A Processes like Payable, Receivable, month end close, BS schedules
- US GAAP knowledge, US Taxation, Compliance & Audit Work
- Identification and execution of operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives
Desire Skills :
- Team Management skills
- Worked for F&A/ FP&A domain for International clients (preferably US/ Canada)
- Information on Accounting and Financial Reporting Software's. Preferably Microsoft Dynamics and FRx
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
Job Description :
- Transition and manage F&A (Finance & Accounting) function of a US-based company in Healthcare and Training business
- Role will require handle initial team size of 6-8 people who will be working on AR, AP, month end closing, Payroll domains
- Ensuring appropriate purchase accounting entries for all the new acquisitions by the group under supervision and guidance of US counterparts.
- Performing financial due diligence for the potential acquisitions of the group.
- Ensure that balance sheets are completed and actions are taken to clear outstanding items on a timely basis and conduct full balance sheet and reconciliation reviews periodically
- Provide Management Reports on business performance to make effective decision making
- Work closely with CEO & product heads in providing financial insights about the company performance & suggestive actions
