Urgent Need of General news Editors - Noida.

The ideal candidate will have :

- Running the editorial operations of individual or a group of markets.

- Working with checklists and guidelines to produce programming that matches global standards.

- Determining the right content mix from partners across a variety of general interest news, finance, sports, entertainment and lifestyle topics.

- Creation of headlines and abstracts for promoting the contents across all entry points within the network and social media platforms.

- Programming across the content calendar while taking into account business priorities and determining the best way to achieve strong business results.

- Working with editorial processes and workflows by adopting the content management system created by the company for this purpose.

- Working closely with technical teams when required to develop or enhance storytelling and publishing tools.

- Primarily Online News background but with active interest in other content genres like Entertainment & Sports

- Should be well-versed with Social Media including Trend Spotting, capturing and analyzing appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

- Excellent writing, editing, presentation and communication skills.

- Well-informed and well-read

- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
