We have a job opening with one of our client which is one of the Big 4 for the position of Assistant Director - Solutions Marketing to be based out in Bangalore.
Position Summary :
The position is for a team within the company and will expected to work closely with the marketing and business development teams to help market solutions effectively within target regions and accounts. The candidate will be involved in key projects, campaign plans, go2market activities and collateral development activities for the onsite marketing teams.
Role & Responsibilities:-
- Work with business and marketing teams to understand business priorities and work on marketing support related projection
- Build and maintain business relationships with regional stakeholders, understand regional solution roadmaps and priorities and advice support accordingly
- Develop a roadmap around the lifecycle of the solution and effectively position it with target markets and accounts
- Work as a consultant for stakeholders to plan content requirements for various marketing activities by engaging with them to identify their objectives, strategies, go-to-market priorities, target audiences, differentiators and other aspects
- Develop robust project plans around go-to-market initiatives for solutions and works with stake holders to obtain buy-in and maintain project plan with defined timelines and next steps
Ensure adequate internal distribution of collaterals and toolkits over key internal and external channels. Effectively collaborate with internal channel owners to ensure that the solutions get adequate coverage.
- Analyze the impact of the go-to-market initiatives on the pipeline
- Measure and report penetration of the services within focused accounts
- Set-up and manage an efficient sales support team that can help the marketing and BD teams leverage sales tool kits and run effective sales campaigns.
- Develop a regional penetration strategy and set goals to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Optimize the budget for marketing services function
Experience Required:-
- 10-15 years experience in the B2B marketing and sales support
- Proven experience of executing sales and marketing campaigns across multiple geographical backgrounds
- Prior experience of marketing technology or related products/ solutions will be an added advantage.
