Should have experience in Qualitative research in the Banking sector.
Responsibilities :
- Leads the Research & Insights cluster team across locations, and is responsible for providing exceptional client service, creating commercial impact for the firm, and building and maintaining the highest performing domain teams
- Oversees the delivery of Research & Insights services in the cluster for all customer groups, in alignment with the knowledge plan for each customer group; addresses conflicting priorities in consultation with the R&I Leader and the global domain Knowledge Leader, as required; works on select customer projects as a project leader, analyst or peer reviewer
- Oversees all people and team management activities in the cluster, including talent recruitment and engagement, competency development, performance management, career development and Rewards & Recognition.
- Oversees all operational activities for the cluster, including reporting, achievement of the specific goals and initiatives, etc.
- Leads the business planning exercise for the cluster and formulates the knowledge plan for each customer group, in terms of capacity and competencies required at a domain-level, working along with the R&I Leader, the global domain Knowledge Leaders, the Areas Portfolio Leader and the domain Team Leaders
- Drives integration and consistency in R&I services, and people and operational processes across locations for the cluster, working closely with the R&I Leader and the domain Team Leaders
- Drives collaboration, and sharing and implementation of best practices among the domain teams within the cluster
- Collaborates actively with other cluster leaders on cross-cutting themes and projects, and best practices; the sector cluster leaders also need to collaborate with the service line cluster to ensure that the service line needs of the sectors are addressed
- Works with the R&I Leader to identify and implement opportunities to enhance the quality and commercial impact of services through innovation, increased efficiency, effective competency development, stronger networks with practitioners, etc.
- Maintains trusted relationships with the global domain Knowledge Leaders for the domains in the cluster to receive appropriate guidance and feedback from them on the domain Team Leaders; provides coaching to the GTH domain Team Leaders
