Assistant Director - Private Equity - Financial Services

We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is a Large Financial Services MNC having multiple offices across the globe and India. They are a leading financial services company providing sophisticated services to the hedge & private equity fund industry. This requirement is for their Gurgaon office. They are looking for - AD - Private Equity- to join them ASAP.

To qualify for this position you should:

- Be a CA/MBA\B.COM

- Have 10 to 20 years of total exp in Fund Administration industry

- Have at least 6 years of in fund accounting and administration of Private Equity funds

- Have good knowledge of Private Equity fund accounting, capital markets, SLAs activities, etc

- Have good exp in handling team, MIS reporting, project & stakeholders management, etc

- Have good exp in reconciliations, delivering quality service, cost optimization, documentation, etc

- Have exp in understanding client reporting requirements & providing effective solutions

- Must possess excellent communication skills

- Be from Gurgaon or the NCR region
