Our client is one of teh leaders in the Consulting Industry. They are looking to hire an ER lead for their organisation who will work in close partnership with BU leaders

Description

- Provide expert advice and guidance to service line leaders as well as talent consultants in managing wide range of employee relation issues

- Manage and oversee day to day operations for employee relation

- Be a subject matter expert in local statutes/regulatory requirements related to employment practice and provide guidance, whenever required

- Manage employee litigation in various locations through local legal counsels/partners

- Conduct investigations related to misconducts, discipline, harassment, integrity and work ethics

- Proactively develop and deploy employee relation interventions to mitigate people risk

- Work with talent teams to understand impact of global change and need for a localized policy/exception to global policy

- Well versed with analytics and able to convert findings into actionable

- Constantly watch socio-political and regulatory landscape and provide timely advice for incidence management

Profile

- Experience in handling legal regulatory authorities (labour offices, tribunal and police) while investigating/ resolving labour relation issues

- Upto 10 yrs+ experience of Labour/Employee Relations for Manager Role

- Upto 13 yrs+ experience of Labour/Employee Relations for Assistant Director Role.

- Only candidates from Consulting, Information Technology and Services, Financial Services, Banking or Legal consultation will be considered
