We have a job opening with one of our client which is one of the Big 4 for the position of Assistant Director- HR Business Partner to be based out in Gurgaon.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Drive the Business HR activities for the business units (new initiatives, policies & strategies)
- Ensure employee Engagement, Employee Satisfaction & Retention for the Business Units
- Ensure resolution to employee's issues / grievances within SLAs
- Track Early Warning Indicators & conduct retention / counseling meetings
- Career Planning & People Development
- Synchronization and coordination with other departments mainly service delivery
- Attrition analysis & exit out calling to understand trends and make recommendations Plan & organize BU wide activities like Town Hall, fun activities etc
- Responsible for reward & recognition program administered in business units Organize welfare & cultural activities.
- Responsible for day to day general HR activities
- HR Metrics & Reporting
