AD/Director - Digital Finance Transformation and Consulting

This is a Finance Transformation role, in collaboration with the member firms to support on global finance transformation engagements and assist clients in making their finance function more efficient, effective and aligned to the organization's business strategy

Our client is a Big-4 Firm and a leading provider of professional services worldwide

Some of the specific responsibilities include creating client ready deliverables, update and manage project plans, manage stakeholder relationships, support proposals and contribute in practice build out independently by driving things on the ground while working closely with the Engagement Manager.

Qualification -

MBA from recognized Tier-1 B-School or Professional qualification such as: CPA / CA / ICWA / CMA / CIMA / ACCA etc. along with 12 to 15 years of total work experience and 5+ years of relevant work experience (Preferably from Big 4 or other consulting firms)

Required Skills -

1. Experience of current state assessment and Target Operating Model design for Finance processes encompassing Record-to-Report, Planning Budgeting & Forecasting, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, management and statutory reporting etc.

2. Experience of working in a Global delivery environment will be an added advantage

Proven track record of participating in client orals, responding to client RFPs and ideating and solutions for CFO organization

3. Experience of working as a work stream lead on finance transformation projects across the phases from assessment, design through to implementation and benefits

Industry experience of Financial Services, TMT, Healthcare will be preferred

EPM Specific Skills -

Experience of working within a team or leading Financial Planning and Performance Management projects, including tech driven transformation with tools like Anaplan and OneStream

Finance Data and Systems specific skills -

1. Ability to analyses a client problem with in CFO function and convert it to a high-level solution design with a technology and a business lens

2. Understands the E2E Finance systems architecture and the purpose and use of each functional component in the Finance architecture

3. Experience with implementing or using Oracle, SAP, Workday, Microsoft ERP solutions with a focus on the cloud offerings

4. Experience with managing/manipulating data either using Excel or more advanced tools like SQL/ Alteryx

5. Experience with data migration activities to one of the Finance systems (e.g. General Ledger, subledgers)

6. Experience with the Vendor selection process from defining to the requirements, drafting the RFP to assessing and summarizing the outcome to the client
