TEAM BACKGROUND :

You will be a part of the digital commerce team , with a specific focus on:

Category Strategy

- GMV of all channels: MP, QC via MP/ stores, etc.

- P&L responsibility.

- Conversion.

- Pricing & Offers.

- Assortment & competition tracking.

- Profitability.

- Category Analytics.

- Category experience.

- Input Metrics.

- NPS.

Job Description :

A Digital Category Leader plays a critical role by driving the GMV and customer experience for the respective categories.

This position requires a deep understanding of market trends, and competitive landscape to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience within assigned product categories.

The ADCL collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales side, programs, category sports teams, supply chain, etc, to achieve business objectives and maximize sales, profitability and customer experience.

Responsibilities :

Strategy

- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.

Project and Performance Management

- Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

PNL + Business Piloting

People

- Collaboration with multiple vertical teams to achieve objectives.

Stakeholder Management / Collaborations

- Proactive business planning and owning the category online business case along with business finance and program teams.

- Collaborate with Sales Side and Marketing Team to plan and implement effective online marketing campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), and SEM detailing.

- Work closely with Country Sport Teams to optimize the offer and develop the commercial policy to address customer/user needs and to develop and launch new products and promotions.

- Work closely with the Country Customer Service Team to understand customer sentiments and address customer journey grievances.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree is preferred.

- 4-6 years of relevant experience.

- Demonstrated expertise in category management, preferably within the D2C or ecommerce sector.

- Proficient analytical skills, with a strong ability in data analysis and market research.

- Outstanding communication essential.
