Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through various marketing initiatives and direct client engagement.
- Manage and motivate assigned channel partners to achieve sales targets.
- Handle registration, training, certification, and commission disbursement for channel partners.
- Build a healthy investor database through channel partners and direct outreach.
- Provide regular updates on product offerings, pricing, and market trends to channel partners.
- Identify and tap potential markets for direct clients across India and abroad.
- Define and implement strategies to sell all properties effectively.
- Respond to direct inquiries from advertising campaigns and hoardings.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations to key decision-makers, showcasing the company's properties and services.
- Negotiate and finalize sales transactions with prospective clients, corporate houses, and MNCs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated with the real estate market trends and gather market intelligence.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the organization.
