Job Title: Assistant/Deputy Manager - Sales & Compliance

Job Description:

- As an Assistant/Deputy Manager in Sales & Compliance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and compliance of sales processes while also driving analytical solutions for business improvement.

- Your responsibilities will include monitoring, maintaining, and enhancing monthly reports, Management Information Systems (MIS), and processes across portfolios.

- Additionally, you will support ad-hoc deep dive data compliance analysis and checks on portfolio matrices.

Key Responsibilities:

Monthly Reporting and MIS:

- Monitor, maintain, and improve all monthly reports and MIS across portfolios.

- Ensure the effectiveness of reporting systems and processes.

Ad-hoc Data Compliance Analysis:

- Support ad-hoc deep dive data compliance analysis and checks on portfolio matrices.

Performance Tracking and Improvement:

- Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) and productivity/FOS (Field Operations Support) reports.

Analytical Solutions:

- Provide analytical solutions through statistical modeling, compliance policy and strategy, reporting, and data analysis for the TW (Two Wheeler) & CV (Commercial Vehicle) business segments.

Statistical Modeling:

- Build statistical models such as Application Score, Behavior Score, Fraud Scores, etc.

Compliance Checkpoints:

- Build, monitor, validate, and track defined compliance checkpoints.

- Collaboration with Sales and Product Teams:

- Work closely with sales and product teams to understand their processes and provide monthly reports accordingly.

Early Warning Signals:

- Provide early warning signals using data analysis and segmentations, highlighting areas where proactive policy actions may be required.

Hygiene Check and Liaison:

- Work closely with Product, IT, Sales teams to ensure hygiene checks and ongoing liaison with IT, Sales, RCU (Risk Control Unit), and Audit teams to ensure efficient policies, processes, and data flow.

Project Management:

- Run and support various compliance projects, collaborating with specific business units to enable them to deploy solutions effectively.

- This role demands a blend of analytical prowess, sales acumen, and compliance expertise.

- You will be instrumental in driving business efficiency and ensuring regulatory adherence across the organization's sales operations.
