Position Title Asst./Dy. Manager- Textile
Reports to: GM
Department: Marketing
No of positions reporting: IC
Location Bangalore/Coimbatore
Objective (The main purpose of the position)
The Executive (Textile) is responsible for Sales and Application Trials of Modified starches for Sizing application. He will also be responsible for Collections, Sales tax forms,
Competition information & other activities as may be delegated to him.
Key Responsibilities (State the primary duties and tasks of the position)
Strategic Responsibilities
- Ensure higher customer satisfaction through effective coordination with plant /dispatch & customers.
- Analyze the sales on monthly basis & discuss with operating head for corrective action
Operational Responsibilities
- Conduct Trials for new products and new customers for market development
- Maintain Sales and grow sales with current customers
- Ensure collections are as per targets for the month.
- Ensure collection of all statutory forms on a regular basis.
- Monitor Competition activity.
- Exposure to Exports in Textile Auxiliaries will be preferred.
Financial Responsibilities
- Control Sales & Marketing Expenses to Budgeted levels
- Forecast Productwise / Customerwise sales on monthly Basis

Education B.Tech ( Textile) MBA ( Marketing )
Work Experience 5-8 years.
Textile Sizing Industry Production ( textile sizing) + Sales
Exports ( Textile Chemicals)
Knowledge Textile sizing
Skills Commercial Negotiation,
Textile Sizing application
Problem solving, Customer handling New product Development
