Assistant/Deputy Manager - HR - BPO

One of our client is looking for a HR professional at Bangalore. This is a large MNC having 30,000+ employees.

The brief JD is given below:

- The Incumbent should be having 4 to 5 Plus years of experience in HR having exposure in Recruitment, Manpower Retention, managing employee grievances and PMS (performance management systems)


- Should be able to manage the modern HR Systems with deftness in maintaining relations with management and manage the employees’ grievances.

- Should have strong experience in handling ER activities; proficient in relationship management coupled with expertise in handling confidential information with top management.
