Position : Assistant/Dy Manager - Debt Resolution

Experience : 0.5 - 1 yr

Location : Delhi

Qualification : CA or MBA/PGDM in Finance

Job Role & Responsibility :

- Experience of working on Corporate debt resolution process, Corporate Finance, Project Finance

- Debt Restructuring of stressed corporates under various structures (SDR, S4A etc)

- Analyzing the financial and operational positioning of corporates to proactively suggest debt restructuring/structuring options

- Preparation of information memorandum, financial modeling, preparing resolution plan and term sheet etc.

- Business Modeling and resolution plan development and an ability to analyze and envisage new / key industry trends

- End to end execution of the deal.

- Experience in client facing and advisory role.
