JOB DESCRIPTION: AGM/DGM - MARKETING
LOCATION: HSIL Ltd., Packaging Products Division, Garden Polymers, Hyderabad
REPORTING TO: President & CEO
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- BE / BTech & MBA - Marketing in Regular mode from a reputed institute
- Total 10 -15 yrs of experience with at least 6-7 years in Rigid Packaging (plastics) Sales and Marketing in a reputed organization
Handling B2B Sales & Marketing of Material Handling products like Plastic Crates and Pallets
JOB ROLE :
1. Developing new business opportunities by :
- Approaching new accounts to understand existing/new requirements
- Coordinating with the internal technical team to develop the required products
- Getting necessary approvals after due process/trials
- Commercialization and transfer to Sales team.
2. Support improvement in price realization through :
- Better understanding of customer process/requirements
- Understanding gaps in current supplies from us/other vendors
- Partnership in new developments
3. Market Surveys to assess potential for :
- Existing products
- New products/technologies
- Gaps in existing product portfolio (own and competition)
- To facilitate new investment decisions
4. Competitor Analysisn:
Technical capabilities :
5. Market Share :
- To decide/correct the positioning of our products in the market.
- Branding for both Industrial and consumer segments
SKILLS REQUIRED: Techno-Commercial approach
OTHER SKILLS: Exposure to SAP
