1. Achieve the target profits under the risk of highly fluctuating international prices of noble ferro alloys.

2. Achieve. higher volumes and develop awareness regarding application and benefits of new alloys.

3. Achieve sales targets in a market having presence of cheap imported Alloys.

Key Result Areas:

1. Develop Sales and Marketing Plans and establish Goals for Regional Marketing Offices

2. Drive Strategy to achieve Targeted Sales for Ferro Alloys

3. Explore export opportunities

4. Increase Customer Base/ Review Old Customers

5. Market development & Penetration Draw and implement market development plan to introduce new products and expand the Market for existing products

6. Implementation of New Credit Policy for the Business

7. Maintain Debtors days and Minimize Critical Debtors as per budget estimates

8. Implement Customer Centricity Projects including OTIF, KAM, NPS, etc.

9. Review/ Formulate and Track Circular Pricing Methodology, Daily Order Statistics Methodology
