About the position:
Roles And Responsibilities:
- The Deputy/Assistant Chief Financial Officer will jointly with the CFO, provide the leadership and
direction to ensure the development of relevant financial information, and timely financial budgeting, planning, and Financial Reporting of the University
- The Deputy/Assistant CFO will assist the CFO in managing and controlling the University's financial processes, making the necessary changes to upgrade and improve processes, policies, or procedures, and develop the team.
- Manage, organize, and direct assigned operations of the Management of Finance Department.
- Assist the CFO in developing, implementing, overseeing, evaluating and auditing finance- related University's policies and procedures, including purchasing and internal control policies and procedures. Assist in preparing and administering the Faculty/Office's budget.
- To supervise the Quarterly/Annual accounts and Annual Budget estimates of the University.
- To oversee the preparation of all financial statements, invoices, proposals, etc as required.
- Implementation of MIS reporting structure, review of financial paperwork and procedures and make appropriate changes.
- Deputy/Assistant CFO will ensure accountability and compliance with applicable legal, governmental and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all assets including cash, investments, inventories, accounts receivable, and fixed assets are accurately reflected.
- Ensure the financial infrastructure is stable and supports the demands of University's future growth.
Any other work as assigned by the University from time to time.
