Location: Delhi/Ambala (if selected location is Delhi, then 6-9 days travelling to Ambala in a month is must)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Management person to join our team. The person will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive growth, enhance brand equity, and ensure the brand's competitive position in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, marketing, and consumer insights, with experience in the FMCG sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Define and articulate the brand's unique value proposition, positioning, and messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
2. Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and advertising materials.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
3. Product Development:
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure new products align with brand values and meet consumer needs.
- Provide input on product packaging, design, and innovation to enhance brand appeal.
4. Brand Equity Management:
- Maintain and strengthen brand equity by ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Manage brand guidelines and ensure adherence by internal and external stakeholders.
5. Consumer Insights:
- Utilize consumer insights and market data to inform brand strategies and decision-making.
- Conduct regular consumer surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve brand performance.
6. Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales tools, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Support sales initiatives and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
7. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the brand's marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure activities are within budget.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Brand Awareness: Increase in brand recognition and recall among target consumers.
2. Market Share: Growth in market share within the juice category.
3. Sales Performance: Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
4. Campaign ROI: Return on investment for marketing campaigns.
5. Consumer Engagement: Level of consumer engagement and interaction with the brand.
6. Product Launch Success: Successful introduction of new products to the market.
7. Brand Equity: Improvement in brand perception and equity metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA from a reputable institution is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
