Job Description:

- The assistant controller corporate accounting role is responsible for SEC reporting, technical accounting, tax reporting & people management expertise.

- The role involves ensuring financial compliance and creating comprehensive financial reports.

Client Details:

- Our client is a large-scale enterprise operating within the Technology Industry, specifically in Software.

- They are known for their innovative solutions and have a significant presence in the market.

Description:

- Preparation and timely filing the 10Ks/ Q's and 8-Ks (SEC Reporting).

- Handle the technical accounting matters for the Company. (ASC 606, 805, 815, 718, 842).

- Handle the direct and indirect tax matters of the Company.

- Well experienced in Equity Accounting (ASC 718).

- Intercompany Reconciliations & internal/external audit management.

Profile:

The ideal candidate:

- CA/CPA with 7-10 years of experience working with corporate accounting teams.

- US tech companies experience would be a preference.

- Based out of Hyderabad.

- Big 4 experience is a preference and with a team management experience.

- Worked in SOX environment & hands on experience with ERP.
