About the job:
We are seeking a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary to join our team.
The Company Secretary will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as maintaining effective communication between the board of directors, management, and shareholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day compliance and coordination with Banks and regulatory Authorities
- Handling and coordination with consultants for the Secretarial work includes ROC
- MCA filing and maintenance of Secretarial records
- Applying FSSAI, GST, GST-APOB, Shopex and other allied Licenses applicable on Company
- Updation in new norms for FMCG Category
- Handling tracker for legal cases and trademarks Applications
- Vetting and finalisation of Rent Agreements, Vendor Agreement, Contractor Agreements etc.
- Handling Investor Related compliances on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Have requisite knowledge of Shareholder Agreement, Debenture Trust Deed etc.
- Assistance in Audit
- Filing of reply for IT and any other Regulatory notice if received etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Company Secretary with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Foundational knowledge of corporate law, governance principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior management, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and company secretarial software.
