Job Title: Assistant Brand Manager

About the role:
This incumbent would bear the end-to-end business responsibility of a part of the brand's portfolio and would also lead the launch and growth plans for innovation pipeline for the brand. Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to launch new products. Expected to develop consumer insight driven marketing strategies, which lead to superior integrated marketing plans.
ROLE SPECIFICATIONS:
- Develop, execute and monitor business plan for new product development.
- Liaison with cross functional teams to manage the innovation funnel
- Develop market strategies to gain share/ develop category and achieve top and bottom line targets for the brand
- Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns across mediums like TV, Digital, Mobile & Print
- Monitor and execute on ground activations that forms vital part of category development
- Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities and course correct our strategy, if required
- Works with agency partners to ensure business/ consumer understanding are inputted in a timely manner and effective manner
Who are we looking for?
Education & Experience:
- MBA with 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing domain with an experience of managing online or offline brand activation campaigns .

- Manage projects seamlessly which are dependent on cross functions delivery through collaboration
- Innovation mind set and agile thinking to leverage on the new age technologies
- Result oriented with strong analytical mind-set
