Assistant Brand Manager - Innovation - FMCG

Qualification : MBA from Tier1/2 Institute only.

- Responsible for P&L of the brand

- Achieving top line & bottom-line targets for the brand

- Market, Category & Brand assessment & benchmarking for each of the markets responsible

- Analysing success of brand initiatives - marketing, BTL, trade initiatives etc...

- Coordinating with Trade marketing team to drive scheme communication, visibility campaigns and drive execution

- Interact with Sales team to drive top line objectives

- Coordinating with Purchase team for ensuring RM order blocking at best costs

- Coordinating with internal CFT to ensure squeeze and other margin improvement projects are executed as per plan

- Participating in Market Research & be the consumer voice
