About our Client - Our client is US based FMCG giant with a wide portfolio of products. They are widely regarded as one of the best employers to work for globally, and are recognized for their constantly improving and expanding portfolio. India is a focus market and will drive the next growth phase for company globally. Currently, they are looking to recruit an Assistant Brand Manager, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.
Job Description - Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role would entail the management of the India Activation Strategy for the brand, execution of annual plans to support and drive the business, and also to be involved in new product development and launches. Furthermore, you will be responsible for devising a customized Brand Strategy focused on the India market, and help drive market share and growth. You would also be involved in identifying current market and consumer based trends and develop activations and consumer engagement strategies based on that.
The Successful Candidate - You will be a post graduate with 2 years of post qualification experience from a Premier B School. Prior experience in a brand/product management role in the FMCG Industry is must, and furthermore, experience in brand activations is an added bonus. The client is looking for someone with a solid understanding of brand concepts, and having worked closely with media partners to develop brand plans. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
