Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly energetic and analytical Brand Manager with 1-2 years of experience in category management and business development. In this role, the successful candidate will develop brand strategies, collaborate with cross functional teams, manage projects timelines, execute marketing campaigns & on-ground activations. They will work closely with various departments, including sales, performance marketing, supply chain and finance to ensure the successful implementation of brand strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Category Head in developing brand strategies, identifying key areas of opportunities and achieving business goals.
2. Work closely with the All-India sales teams across channels for product launches, placements, and performance tracking. Will include travelling pan India.
3. Inventory Management: Work closely with supply chain team to efficiently manage inventory, seasonal assortment and near expiry stock management.
4. Coordinate with product development departments on new product development.
5. Development and execution of marketing campaigns, including promotions, digital marketing, on-ground activations, and advertising.
6. Research and analyze market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies.
7. Work with creative teams on brand assets.
8. Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies as needed.
9. Prepare and present brand reports to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1. MBA degree in Marketing (Mandatory) + Engineering Graduate(Preferred)
2. 1-2 years of experience in brand management, business development, brand marketing, or related roles.
3. Excellent MS Excel skills with a knack in making business presentations (must)
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong analytical skills with data-driven experimentation and problem solving attitude.
6. Comfortable with traveling, team interactions and working in a team set up
7. Ability to prioritize & manage multiple projects with varying levels of complexity.
