Responsibilities Include:
We are looking to hire a Asst. Brand Manager who will handle brand initiatives for Export business. The right candidate will be able to provide strategic evaluation and brand building to deliver results which are in line with International business requirements. The incumbent will evaluate, develop and execute, monitor and co-ordinate all marketing activities for the export portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
- Collate and analyze market trends, prepare drafts of brand plans, develop an optimal marketing mix and strengthen brand equity
- Track all market initiatives. Document and incorporate learning.
Marketing Plan
- Prepare the Marketing Plan & Media Briefs
- Co-ordinate with agencies, distributors and track media deliverable.
- Develop the Annual Brand Plan in conjunction with the Business Head, Sales & agencies
- Coordinate with agencies, distributors, finance dept. for payments.
Consumer Promotions
- Recommend consumer promotions schemes, prepares financial analysis, take approvals, coordinate with supply chain and sales for procurement and implementation to increase sales volumes
Trade Promotions
- Plan the trade promotion scheme, coordinate with distributors, coordinate with external agencies, prepare the financial analysis, take approvals, monitor performance of the schemes to increase width and depth of distribution.
- Assist Business head / sales team in implementing the trade promotion plans.
Product management :
- Work with R&D, Distributor, Packaging, supply chain, finance and factory on new product development.
- Creating and executing launch and communication plans, communications with distributors.
- Seek approvals, co-ordinate with other departments on prospecting plans and post launch market support activities to ensure launch of new products
Essential:
Export or Internal business branding experience is mandatory.
